Refund and Returns Policy

As our offerings are entirely digital and service-based, we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policies below to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.


1. Nature of Our Services

All services provided by Accelerate are delivered digitally — including strategy sessions, consulting engagements, digital audits, training programs, and ongoing support. We do not offer or ship any physical products.


2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered or the project has commenced. However, we understand that every situation is unique and will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request is submitted before the agreed project start date or session time.
  • The service delivered is materially different from what was outlined in the scope of work or agreement.
  • There was a clear and verifiable technical error or failure on our side that prevented delivery.

Please note: dissatisfaction due to a change of mind or shift in business priorities is not considered grounds for a refund.


3. Cancellation Policy

For one-time consultations, digital sessions, or workshops:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, but we may offer one-time rescheduling at our discretion.

For long-term service engagements or monthly retainers:

  • A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required to cancel a service contract.
  • Prepaid services for the upcoming month will be refunded or credited if the cancellation falls within the notice period and work has not yet started.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Include the following in your message:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Service or package name
  • Reason for the request
  • Supporting information or documentation, if applicable

We will respond to your request within 5 business days.


5. Dispute Resolution

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of your request, we encourage open dialogue. Our goal is to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If needed, we are happy to offer a final review by a senior member of the Accelerate team.


6. Changes to This Policy

Accelerate reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
